EasySafqa Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Egypt only.

Orders are confirmed within 24 hours and processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3–6 business days for Upper Egypt and other regions.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Delays may happen during holidays, weather disruptions, or high order volume.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 24 hours of delivery.
