EasySafqa Refund & Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted for damaged products, defective products, wrong items, missing parts, or items that are materially different from their description.
If the return is approved, the customer will receive instructions for pickup or drop-off. The product will be inspected after it is received.
Refunds are issued after inspection approval. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are processed by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days after inspection approval, depending on the payment provider.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless the issue is caused by EasySafqa.
Items used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, or returned after the allowed window are not eligible.
